Personal Training

For many people, there is a desire to get fit, lose weight and tone up, but a lack of time, motivation and knowledge in order to do so and achieve the best results. Personal Training is a great way to overcome these barriers whilst also reducing the risk of injury, gaining long term guidance and motivation and having variety and creativity in your workouts.

Our Personal Trainers are all level 3 qualified or above. We have all of our own equipment which we bring to your home. Our Fit HIIT trainers are dedicated to working with each client to provide the best fitness programme for that individual to achieve their goals quickly and effectively, whether it be weight loss, toning, strengthening or an additional boost to an existing fitness regime.

Yoga

There are endless benefits to Yoga both physically and mentally. Yoga is known for its ability to ease stress and promote relaxation. It also increases flexibility and gives increased muscle strength and tone. Practicing Yoga can also improve an individual’s energy and vitality as well as maintaining a balanced metabolism which in turn assists with weight reduction.

Our Fit HIIT Yoga Instructor specialises in Power Vinyasa Yoga. She is available for both one to one and small group sessions at your home. She is a dedicated and passionate teacher who works according to each person’s ability and comfort.

Sports & Injury Massage

There are both psychological and physical benefits of sports massage and injury massage. Sports and Injury massage helps to improve relaxation, alleviate pain caused by physical activity and can also help to improve an individual’s range of movement as well as improving recovery. This therapy can be used pre-performance/training, post-performance/training, during training or for rehabilitation. People of all fitness levels may benefit from sports massage.

Our Fit HIIT Sports and Injury Therapist is a dedicated individual who works in professional Football alongside his work with Fit HIIT. He can offer Sports/Injury and Deep Tissue massage at your home.
