Niki (Personal Trainer)
My name is Niki Hughes I’m 37, and a mother of 3 lovely daughters.
Having suffered with severe postnatal depression with my first
daughter which led to anxiety and low self esteem, I started my exercise journey
and joined a fitness bootcamp. I very quickly began to realise that not only
did the exercise make me feel physically stronger and more energised, it also
made me feel better mentally and, as time went on, my body and my mind improved
hugely and my confidence came back.
I feel very passionately about the positive effects exercise can
have on both mental and physical wellbeing, which is why I decided to qualify
as a Personal Trainer in order to help others achieve their goals and lead a
happier and healthier lifestyle.
